Q 1: Are you a Factory or Trading Company ?
A : We are an Import and Export Company, and also have a factory in Dongguan city.
Q 2: What's your business service ?
A: We offer OEM & ODM service, one-stop manufacturer to oversea customers.
Q3: What's your MOQ(minimum order quantity) ?
A : Different products has different MOQ, let's talk case by case. For cheaper price, better to ensure your order will cover the raw materials MOQ.
Q4: Can I mix colors?
A: Yes . When quantity is ok, you can mix colors as you wish. Many years OEM/ODM experience, we can provide professional solutions for customers.
Q5: What's the sample policy?
A: For sample order, we need to charge you the sample fee, but the fee will be refund once you plan an order more than 100pcs per style per color.
Q6: What's the production leadtime after order ?
A: Sample leadtime 7-10 workdays after confirm the order.
Bulk leadtime : 25-35 workdays based on order quantity and styles after confirm the order
Q7: Can you provide samples for approval before placing the order ?
A: Yes, we can.
Q8 : What's the payment term ?
A : Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union and Paypal.
Q9 : What's the shipping way ?
A : It depends on order quantity and your require. We can ship the goods by ocean, by air, by courier(Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS ......)
Q10: How do I order?
