Q1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Answer: We have our own factory, and the minimum order quantity for our customized style is 200 pieces each model with mixed colors and sizes. For our existing styles, our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces with mixed styles, colors and sizes.
Q2. Can I put my logo on clothes?
Answer: Yes. We provide OEM and ODM services. We can customize your own logo and print it on our clothes. We can also allow sample development based on your own design.
Q3. Can I receive the samples before placing an order?
Answer: Yes. Before placing an order, we can develop and send samples for testing, your quality recognition comes first.
Q4. What is your sample fee?
A: Usually, the sample fee is 50-100USD each piece, exclude shipping fee. But once the order is placed over 200pcs, the sample fee can be refunded to you.
Q5. What are your sample delivery dates and production delivery dates?
Answer: Our sample delivery time for customized styles is 5-7 days and 15-25 days for bulk production after details confirmed and deposit received. For the styles we have, our sample and bulk production lead- time is 3-7 days
Q6. How is the shipping cost calculated?
Answer: The shipping cost depends on the order quantity, packaging weight/size, and shipping method, such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS, etc. To know the shipping cost, please contact us for detailed information. We will provide different options for you to choose from.
